Depends on what you mean by burning. The building the reactors were housed in has long since been put out, However if, As I suspect, you are talking about the fuel rods. Then yes they are still "burning". although in reality the fuel rods have melted down and are likely still in this molten state several hundred metres below the surface. they are also releasing crazy amounts of radiation while it's in this state.
