Literature on his stance isn't necessary, basic logic is. Time doesn't exist, it's a byproduct of human perception. You know you've been through things that are currently not happening- like your childhood- and you know things that have not happened are likely to happen- like going to sleep after it gets dark- and you have to make sense of all of it. So, you place what has happened behind you and call it the past, and what hasn't happened in front of you and call it the future. Neither the past nor the future actually exists, there is no timestream, it's a measurement concept used by humans to make sense of the universe in relation to themselves. Delete human beings and there is no past or future, there is only what's currently happening. You can't go backward, you can't go forward, you just exist in the now and you remember shit that is no longer happening/predict shit that is likely to happen, and you order this in your own mind in a linear way that you fool yourself into believing is an external phenomenon.
