For example, if a transwoman dies from prostate cancer, how is that scientifically explained on a legal document? What if a transman dies from uterine cancer?

Do transwomen have their prostate removed with the penis and testicles?

Do transmen have hysterectomies and their vagina outverted?

I was hoping anyone with knowledge of biology and natural anatomy had an explanation since it is science.

The fact this is even a question is so bizarre I have lost faith in humanity but hopefully there is an answer.

In the future death certificates will not make any reference to sex or gender. They will simply have a list of organs with check boxes next to it that say “present”, “never present”, “removed” or “synthetic model installed”.
