It's interesting how you use the word mutilate. Have you ever asked a surgeon if he is mutilating his patient during a surgical procedure? Yes, God told Moses to circumcise all males to set them apart from every other nation and tribe. I wouldn't consider circumcision mutilation by its defintion. If anything, I would question why God told Abraham to sacrifice his only son. But I won't get into that because you can only understand scripture from a worldly perspective ( an evil perspective). Know Jesus and you will know love, and love the Father and His word.

Quite possibly God had a very good reason for telling Abraham to do it, and that reason is beyond your mental capability to understand. If you could understand everything that God knows, you would be god. Considering we can only use 10% of the brain God gave us, it literally makes it impossible. Your hatred toward God blinds you from the truth. We as humans are weak and simple minded with evil and hatred as part of our nature.
