Seeing as how standards in 3rd world countries aren't exactly up to par (i.e. lower than the white standards) I bet this reactor will have a hell of a meltdown.

India has been building and operating nuclear reactors since the early 1970's without any major incidents. There are enough qualified people in the country to ensure cooling, containment & control.
