Cosmic expansion is an appearance, much like it appears that the Sun revolves around the Earth even though it's the other way around.

Cosmic expansion and ordinary physical motion have something in common: they are both what might be called ectomorphisms. In an ectomorphism, something is mapped to, generated or replicated in something external to it. However, the Reality Principle asserts that the universe is analytically self-contained, and ectomorphism is inconsistent with self-containment. Through the principle of conspansive duality, ectomorphism is conjoined with endomorphism, whereby things are mapped, generated or replicated within themselves. Injective mapping is a technical term from Mathematical Logic, one particularly well suited for modeling and diagramming reality for comological purposes.

The logical inversion of an expanding universe is a static domain with "contracting" content, a concept called Conspansion (contraction qua expansion) in the CTMU. The rate of contraction is the known constant "C" or the speed of light. Rather than light radiating outward in a sphere, objects can be alternately modeled as contracting ,while leaving behind ambient images in the wake of their contraction, as per a Venn diagram. The ambient images are then modeled as universal computers in parallel to other such images, forming a coherent model of "force at a distance", something lacking from physics all along., while explaining stuff like "non locality" and "quantum teleportation" in the bargain.

Conspansion is not just a physical operation, but a logical one as well. Because physical objects unambiguously maintain their identities and physical properties as spacetime evolves, spacetime must directly obey the rules of 2VL (2-valued logic distinguishing what is true from what is false). Spacetime evolution can thus be straightforwardly depicted by Venn diagrams in which the truth attribute, a high-order metapredicate of any physical predicate, corresponds to topological inclusion in a spatial domain corresponding to specific physical attributes. I.e., to be true, an effect must be not only logically but topologically contained by the cause; to inherit properties determined by an antecedent event, objects involved in consequent events must appear within its logical and spatiotemporal image. The constant rate contraction "C" is predicated on the (apparent) growing size ratio holding between system (universe) and content (objects & time-scales), leading to the appearance of accelerating expansion and other "dark" phenomenon not directly implicated by conventional physics.

The "contraction" implied by Conspansion applies to both objects and time scales, offering a straightforward explanation of various cosmological quirks, as observations of distant objects involves the translation or "requantization" of the earlier (slower) time scale into the present (faster) time scale.

Phenomenon associated with Dark Matter/Energy are analogous to watching an old black and white film that appears to be sped up, the anomalies just an artifact of the translation of one scale/speed to another. The same issues of scale requantization applies to the diameter of a galaxy, as the outer portion of the galaxy appears to move faster than expected, due to the graduated application of a resclaing function across the diameter of the galaxy. In other words, an entire galaxy with a diameter of 100k light years would take 100k years to "scale" itself (conspand), yet the inner portions of the galaxy would have "conspanded" or else "rescaled" many times over the same period. The end results is a coherent object where the scale representing the inner portion is different than for the outer portion, resulting in faster-than-expected motion (unless or until the correct conspansion model is understood and applied).

Because the universe now plays the role of invariant, there exists a global standard rate of inner expansion or mutual absorption among the contents of the universe (“cinvariance”), and due to syntactic covariance, objects must be resized or “requantized” with each new event according to a constant (time-independent) rescaling factor residing in global syntax. Conspansion is the only way to explain why the universe would appear to expand in all directlions simultaneously NO MATTER WHERE THE OBSERVATION IS MADE. Without conspansion, one side of the unvierse ought to have more "stuff" than the other. Conspansion models layers of space-time as parallel computers, ultimately requiring only virtual space. Instead of "exploding" outward from a central point (Big Bang), Conspansion models the "primordial black hole" as forever surrounding the "contracting" universe inside it, yielding a straightforward description of cosmic origin and its historical functioning. With the whole of ontological potential distributed over the observable universe, and a Venn-diagramatic structure or "layering" of events right down to the quantum scale diagraming every last event, the CTMU model (Conspansive matrix) can't be superseded by a more complete model with any finer detail, unless or until something "smaller" than the quantum-scale is "discovered".

The CTMU has already ruled out "dark matter" and "dark energy" based only on known science and irrefutable logical extrapolations therefrom. Simply put, the CTMU is to modern cosmology as Heliocentrism was to Medieval times, and until those portending to comment on cosmology grasp the CTMU and its implications, they're unwittingly handicapping their own perspectives on the issue.
