Literally how? Its is explained in this video how a chinese laboratory full of chinese people designed this virus. All the people who authored these viral studies are named ching and chong. The outbreak was across the street from their lab. In China.

Sorry if that doesn’t feel as good as: Mossad cooked it up in Tel Aviv. Jews knew about the project, funded it partially, and are covering up for it. That’s too nuanced for you though I guess.
