Who cares if Western countries emit more CO2 than third world countries like Chad? Some countries do more, have created more, and contributed more to human progress than others. You shouldn't get an equal say and equal treatment just for existing. I don't care what happens in Chad - what has anybody in Chad ever done for me or for anybody else for that matter?

China is the country that needs to clean up their act. Those fuckers spew all kinds of particulate shit, not just gases, into our air. It makes it around the world. India takes second place for pollution and street shitting.
