Low carb/Keto is pretty much the greatest thing ever. And what's more once you reduce carb intake to less than 30g a day all it takes is 2-3 days and you stop craving carbs. In other words a low carb diet is self re-enforcing. I have to remind myself to eat so that I don't continue to drop pounds, yet my energy levels have never been better. My only regret is that I didn't discover this in my teens.

i've been doing roughly half of the keto diet without even realizing it. i can go 2or 3 days between meals depending on what i eat if i have low physical activity. the main improvement i can make is to remove the soda. I was drinking one with my meds every morning and more throughout the day. If i stick closely to it, i can't drink a single soda. i've used the real sugar soda because the fruitose corn syrup digs into my teeth hard. I even switched from mountain dew to pspsi and dr pepper because they dig into my teeth less.

when i first watched this video, i felt like crap, not motivated, a soda would help in the past, but not recently. i dumped out my soda after watching this video and drank water instead. roughly a day later, and i had smoked turkey slices for lunch, and i felt motivated for the first in a long time. i think i want to see where this takes me.
