This is an old study, collecting some known information about ivermectin. Their conclusion:
As noted, the activity of ivermectin in cell culture has not reproduced in mouse infection models against many of the viruses and has not been clinically proven either, in spite of ivermectin being available globally.
So they had not found clinical studies yet, and they didn't knew what dosage is needed. Both questions are now answered.
A study from Bangladesh (randomized 1:1 to placebo, double blind) found that Ivermectin + Doxyclyclin significantly reduces mortality and morbidity in COVID-19 patients. Dosage: Ivermectin 6 mg, 2 tab stat twice daily for 5 days. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/study/NCT04523831
