Black parents utilize corporal punishment more than white parents, and this is even more the case for single mothers. The causes for this are multivariate and include:
1) Children of single mothers are abused far more than two-parent households, including physical abuse.
2) Black households headed by single mothers represent a far larger share of their demographic than for other demographics, largely due to the welfare state.
3) The sexual assault victimization rate for black female minors exceeds 60%. Sexual trauma in childhood dramatically increases the child abuse rate once that minor reaches adulthood and has children.
4) IQ highly correlates negatively to time preference. As the median black IQ is relatively lower than the general population, median time preference is higher. i.e. high time preference discipline like beating the heck out of your child is more likely to be selected than low time preference discipline like engaging in a conversation with your child to redirect their behavior (read: parenting).
So niggers act like niggers due to niggery. Pretty much what I wrote.
That's fatalistic and unproductive.
1) Single motherhood rates were lower amongst black households than white households prior to LBJ unleashing the welfare state. Nix the welfare state and the situation improves because single motherhood rates will plunge. That decreases child abuse and hence violence.
2) Nixing transfer payments removes the incentive to choose r-selected reproduction. This therefor incentivizes people to choose partners with a lower time preference. This leads to less violent adults in the future.
3) R-selected reproduction prefers superficially attractive partners. K-selected prefers intelligent partners. Incentivizing k-selected reproduction increases IQ over the long term (albeit slowly).
