Quantum efficiency? What the fuck is a "quantum efficiency?" Sure sounds impressive, though, doesn't it. This article didn't include the catch. There is always a catch to these technologies. My guess about it -- this thing will probably only work for a very short time on a small scale before it clogs itself up and won't function.
