That's fine. I could care less what you think about 'my' definition. However, that would only be true if I completely came up with that

definition of faith, and it was not originally from me. You can feel free to think anything is bogus or not, what matters is people are still

going to use the word faith in many different ways, whether you agree with it or not. You are only biased to what you are accustomed

to as far as the term 'faith' and 'belief' are used. The fact that you attack 'my supposed' definition of faith only shows insecurity or

lack of confidence in supporting your own opinion. Your very own reference of a dictionary listed my very definition of faith as the

number 1 on their list of 8.

You're in denial

>Belief is thinking something is true regardless of how contrary reality shows it to be.

This above, is a bogus, and poorly thought definition of belief. And it's not just my "opinion", it's a fact.

Demonstration: I believe that Jupiter, the planet in our solar system, does exist

How do I know? I don't, I've never seen it, I can't even prove that Jupiter exists, I just trust NASA pics and the overall scientific community claiming Jupiter does exist

And I'm likely right to do so....

See? Pretty simple demonstration!

Now are you man enough to at least admit that your fucken definition of belief is lame as fuck?

No

You've just described exactly what I was talking about. All you have and ever had, was someone else's word. You believe it regardless of what you yourself

have witnessed in reality. So, who's in denial again?

I appreciate you reconfirming my initial comment here:

Belief is from the anglo-saxon root word "lief" which means to wish. Think about that... People sure have a lot of wishes, but little to no actual knowledge.

And you've just proven that you do NOT KNOW if Jupiter exists XD.

>Now are you man enough to at least admit that your fucken definition of belief is lame as fuck?>>

Did you think this meaningless statement would somehow make you appear more intelligible?

>You've just described exactly what I was talking about.

No, that's you trying to dodge the fact that I've rendered your definition of "belief" totally invalid with facts and logic.

>All you have and ever had, was someone else's word.

Of course. And flash news: you didn't invent the english language, nor the words faith or belief.

Now what? A dog is a cat according to your personal definition of what's a dog?

You know how are called people coming up with their own definition of every word? Delusional, or democrats

>You believe it regardless of what you yourself have witnessed in reality. So, who's in denial again?

Oh, I see... So you don't believe that Jupiter exists, evidently... LOL. How lame are you?

I believe Jupiter exists, and you know why? Because if it didn't a shitload of scientists would be too happy to become famous by debunking it's existence, that's my reasoning

Now gtfo you fool
