Wow, plagues of locusts in the middle east, plagues of... plague everywhere, and now possibly a supervolcano explosion / eruption.

granted, I don't get out much. but last summer I visited Yellowstone and it was the weirdest national park I've seen to date. all those pools of hot steaming water and mud, plus the geysers. didn't seem like a stable place to be on a good day.
