Were you on board (mentioned earlier?) at the time? How does sleeping at sea affect your dreams?
I think I'll name my yacht Titanic. Keep the loonies away.
Yeah, i was freezing my nuts off, but you know how it is when drunk; you hardly notice that much.
I find the gentle movement of the boat extremely relaxing, but weird noises always wake me up a bunch of times through the night, generally. Depending on where we are, of course.
Ever hear mysterious sounds (signs) of being boarded (similar, but IMAGINARY). My brain likes to (regularly) play tricks on me like that, even on land.
Yeah, totally!
I mean, you can totally feel if someone steps aboard: the whole boat moves. I felt that! I didn't have my pistol with me that time, so I grabbed my big divers knife and rushed to the companionway and up into the cockpit. Nothing, peaceful, nobody around.
Some dick had thrown a big wake way far away and it somehow moved the boat exactly the way it moves when someone steps aboard. Or it was a ghost. Idunno. Took me ages to get back to sleep that time.
