After reading a couple threads in /r/wallstreetbets the mantra seems to be hold no matter what which means it has nowhere to go but up. It's a "spite play" which I think is a first when it comes to stocks.
If enough pig headed, angry people hold against all logic, they'll crush the hedge funds attempting to short the stock.
If I lose 1000 for every million some asshole HF manager loses, it will be well worth it.
Huh.
Looking at it that way, I wish I had bought some. Maybe I will, but it seems all downhill from here, especially with all the manipulation they're getting away with.
From wsb I gather the other short plays are Nokia, Palentir, AMC and Blackberry.
- I am a retard and this is not investment advice.
I heard they figured on hitting up SLV next so I just bought 200 shares.
Because I am also retarded, but I reckon I won't lose all my money, it might just go down a little, then it'll go up a little and someday maybe it'll go up some more and eventually I'll sell it and move that money somewhere else. I mean, silver is probably not suddenly going to become worthless, right?
