... How on Earth would that solve it? That would promote the (((fentanyl))) problem. Also pretty much every first responder already has Narcan, at least that I know of.

Simple. 1. Drug user overdoses on fentanyl. 2. EMS responds and can't do anything to save them. 3. Drug user dies.
This keeps happening until there are no more fentanyl users.
