Everyone shouldn't have to tolerate obnoxiously obsessive behavior from an autist just because he's an autist. His mother obviously thinks he can do no wrong and everyone should play his autistic games with him (no mention of a father, big surprise).
I'd tell my daughter to stay away from him too if he was constantly trying to take pictures with her. If he can't understand normal social cues and everyone is too chickenshit to call him out and make him stop obsessing, at what point will his obsession actually turn into a sexual assault?
Not reasonable to call selfies and a hand on the shoulder sexual harassment though.
