No. The Russians decided to respect turkey's desire to have their country name spelled this way.

Then spell it that way on Russian forums. In English, it's spelled Turkey.

Turkiya is the correct pronunciation of former Turkey as stated by Turkiya, Russia, India, China and most countries in the collective west and East. So basically the entire world is calling it Turkiya now.
