HARP was on the radar for a lot of people in the late 90s and early 2000s and I believe that was when the first crew of FBI goons popped up at Art Bell's house for talking about it. I am not surprised at all about these "natural disasters". They always seem to hit in areas where the news cameras already seem to be set up or just before major events.

Weather warfare is real, and has already been used against it's own citizens, not only in US but in other countries as well. The conspiratorial discussions "Are they targeting the land? Or the people of the land?" are buzzing, but no question of "do they exist" only "were they used in this instance, and why?"
