I wouldn't go that far since the Men in the mines would be distracted and a soft woman would be useless on that job. As a welder the few times we've had attractive women on job sites there have been problems. One foreman spent so much time standing behind a sexy blonde welder she quit. Every time she was working nearby I would look up to find him right behind her eyeballing her ass. It was creepy as fuck. Another job and a cute Young girl shows up as a new hire. All male eyes riveted firmly to her camel toe. One worker took her to lunch and then a dinner date that evening. He boasted this to anyone listening.
