In some instances there is a point where it is safer to put them in a facility. Too often they are shipped off only because it is an inconvenience.

I wouldn't go that far since the Men in the mines would be distracted and a soft woman would be useless on that job. As a welder the few times we've had attractive women on job sites there have been problems. One foreman spent so much time standing behind a sexy blonde welder she quit. Every time she was working nearby I would look up to find him right behind her eyeballing her ass. It was creepy as fuck.
