We did. In jail cells. Handwashing with cold water is gross and ineffective while washrooms that cannot accommodate a separate wash basin are reserved for countries where square footage is at such a premium that people literally live in pods. Have some dignity.

I knew a dumbass at work who used to burn the shit outta his hands every time he washed. It was hilarious. "To kill the germs" and he'd come out of the bathroom saying "god damn!" to himself rubbing his hands lol.
