Straight-up. Women, especially that of the Chinese variety, praise authority more than anything itself. If the state deems him to be a worthy boyfriend: then he'll be the love of her life. In fact, the Chinese government, being a completely homogeneous group, if they were to do such a thing: would probably feel sorry for the good worker-ant, and do a good job of finding her a compatible mate.
This is why diversity is a good thing. Humans should exist, in their own different ways. Because, who knows: one may be better-suited to rise to the challenge of unforeseen circumstances. Which is exactly why said cultures should be strictly kept separate.
