My wife's boomer Grandma told us she was going to give us the generator she's had sitting around for 15 years since we lose power fairly frequently. At one point I mentioned that once we got it I was going to install it with a transfer switch. The next time we were there she parrotted doing the same thing with it at her house. Even though she's never lost power at her house for 30 years.

Fucking boomers.
