Reminds me of something a dementia facility in Norway (?) does with their patients: They set up a fake market for the patients to buy goods and interact with each other like they used to before the disease struck
That only works in Asia because people will eat anything you put in front of them. Try that in the west with all the vegans, vegetarians, "allergics" , etc.
