I do admire how they consider their work colleagues like a family.

I saw an interview with a Japanese exec in the aftermath of the financial collapse in 2009. They were asking how it was that they weren't laying off staff and he explained that everyone in the company took pay cuts to adjust expenses down to the reduced revenue stream. He said just because the economy is dowy it doesn't mean they are bad employees - the two things were not related. So everyone sacrificed together and kept the business afloat.

I was also looking at Japanese inflation recently and it has remained stable for about 20 years, that means costs haven't gone up or down in that time. Economists say this is because they have a stagnant economy, but I think they're quite happy to just keep things stable and don't care what the global economic madhouse is doing.

Everything I've seen about modern Japan revolves around odd "salaryman" behaviors like staying until the boss leaves. So there will be an office full of dudes sitting around for three hours with nothing to do just so when the boss leaves they can all shoot up and yell "Goodnight Chairman!!!".

Some of the blame for the aging population/suicide rates/dropping birth rates falls into it too, long hours are the norm.

There might be a high suicide rate because of the work pressure, but at least they know how to get things done - I'm surrounded by mongs at my workplace and not one suicide yet, despite being objectively useless to the company.

I think the salarymen go out on the lash with their workmates all the time so they probably need that to unwind. The streets are littered with salarymen pass-out drunk at night time and the culture is to not bother them and let them sleep where they fall.

I've had jobs that drove me to drinking. If you're getting wasted on weeknights there is something wrong that needs to change.

The only time you can be honest in Japan is if you are drunk. They drink heavily (proportionally to their body size) because it’s the only way you ever get to decompress emotionally.

That country has the highest rate of sexless marriages in the world. Kids can go days without seeing their parents. Tokyo and the other major cities are meat-grinders for the soul.

They have a terrible economy.

What is happening in the USA with quantitative easing has been happening in Japan for 30 years. Their central banks is majority shareholder in most of their public companies.

Also I prefer layoffs to paycuts. Paycuts are awful. Most guys end up making barely more than layoff money and have to continue working instead of at least getting to be at home with their families.

If we didn't kikes running the world, people would only need to work 3 out of the 7 days to have the same effects as now.

(((Economists)))

Goyim you don't have inflation, bring in the healthy inflation so prices can go higher and you can never retire. Too bad Goyim you can't print off money like us and live easy.
