This is the first generation or two that I can confidently apply an identifiable feature. This 'easily bruised' thing is absolutely dead on.
The other side of the coin of being 'easily bruised' is 'expecting respect without earning it'. Not only are they easily offended they cannot understand context / stand up for them selves and ALWAYS run to management to tell on others.
What is REALLY EYE OPENING to watch is how the older generation just coddles them and supports them without any critical thought.
