Start with small doses and gradually increase the amount until you can drink a full glass of milk. I developed lactose intolerance for a short period and this is how I beat it.

If I let my guts decide what I put in them, I'd have stopped drinking a long time ago. If I can power through a glass full of rum, then no basket of fried mozza sticks is gonna slow me down.
