Very true. I did 10 years of the bro science crap of 6 small meals a day. It never worked.
I did the small grazing meals too and it kept me thinking about food all day. I like one meal with small snacks as needed within 5-6 hr window (usually ends up from 10:30 to 3:00pm) and then done for the day.
