I personally recommend everybody try to limit their eating to twice or once a day, while ensuring the food you eat meets all your nutritional requirements. Eliminate snacking and try to limit carbs to a small meal you eat 1 hour before exercise.

Good advice. When the body has a break from eating around the clock, it can instead work on autophagy to clean out the damaged cells

Very true. I did 10 years of the bro science crap of 6 small meals a day. It never worked.

I did the small grazing meals too and it kept me thinking about food all day. I like one meal with small snacks as needed within 5-6 hr window (usually ends up from 10:30 to 3:00pm) and then done for the day.

Exactly right. All it had me do was think about my next meal.
