This is pretty damn accurate tbh. That's exactly how pretty young japanese girls dress on the weekends in popular places to make a bit of extra cash. Men like this normal seeming dude on the right (and a good amount of girls as well) walk up, take a picture, and put a bit of cash in the bucket. It's totally normal, like street musicians. They are all over Tokyo on Sundays. The... monstrosity on the other hand... I don't have words. If I had seen that thing I would have booed and thrown rotten fruit at it.
