Based Hong Konger probably. I worked there for a bit and they treated you so well if you were white. Better than Chinese mainlanders, who they hated. They had a separate part of town for pajeets and blacks which was policed heavily. I never worried about walking home at night as a woman because there were no niggers nigging.
