She's got alot of mags for a sidearm I don't see either but those shells are way out of place, I agree.
Edit; maybe the shotgun shells are on the holster?...which would be even goofier
That was my question... No IFAK, vertical grip is right next to the mag (why? just grab the magwell if you need to get that tight on it). Single attach point sling which were made by evil feminists to hit you in the nuts, but it doesn't look like that particular bug applies. Pistol mags those are, but doesn't appear to have a pistol. Also all those mags look asymmetrically attached, and ~1" lower than the bottom of her chest plate which would dig into her stomach. A+ for proper positioning of the plate just at her clavicle.
All in all 9/10 cosplay

lol, I was going to mention that too. I think it's mostly obscured on her right side, but I couldn't tell so I left it alone.
