Digging through the retro collection and found this terrible game. You play as a penguin that kills "Nazis". Typical side scrolling platformer comparable to Ninja Gaiden. The jump physics are awful. You get a double jump but some of the platforms are really hard to jump on. You have to have absolutely perfect timing on the double jump. I played for about 15 minutes and was over it...
