90s game hardware looked so cool. Especially the prototypes.

What else can you tell me about it. Was it after the original Saturn or prototype before?

It was a redesign. It was to have a built in netlink 28.8 modem & a 500MB internal HDD. Otherwise it was a regular Saturn as far as I know. Not much else is really known about it. Here is a video of it being repaired back to a working state. Yid toob vidya (m.youtube.com)

I remember Sega's "live" service cart for the Genesis. A cart with a modem that allowed one to dial into a BBS style system to download games and do other stuff. Pretty innovative for consoles of the day.
