Anyway, unless the machine it runs on can output 240p/60Hz (I mean 59.94Hz vertical, 15khz horizontal) to a CRT somehow without serious hacking of some aspect of the system, with absolute minimum input lag, it ain't worth it anymore. The market is too saturated with garbage emulation.
After you've done this in a manner as described above, you don't want to touch anything else.
