Well the biggest change, the change that cannot be passed of as accidental, was the names are all changed. The video says Doug MacRay and Steve Golson? Who are these people? No, There were three of them but I can only remember two of their names. John Tilco and Kevin Curran and a third... It's been like 30 years so I may be misspelling the names. In the Video they show the three of them... Kevin is the one in the front. I think John is the one facing away from the camera. They started two companies General Computer Company (GCC) and CMT Reality. They bought land/office/warehouse/factory with the reality company and leased it all back to themselves as GCC for tax purposes. The CMT stood for their initials so the name I cannot remember started with a 'M'.

The other changed details were about Ms Pac Man itself and the court case. When GCC was sued they won the case because back in that time software license agreements did not exist. They were buying Pac Man and Missile Command consoles retail, moding them, repainting them, and reselling for a huge markup. They won the case on personal property grounds by arguing that once they bought the games they could do what ever they dam well please with their own property. They won... and the software license agreements we have to day are a direct result of Ms Pac Man. You cannot get away with something like this today because you only own the physical... the software is never yours, you just get to use it.
