Some of it was surprisingly on point. (Planes, helicopters, armored cars and tanks). The sadness was the utter decline in decorum and fashion. We've devolved from a world of manners and couture to one of crassness and flip flops. Transport the original audience of that book to now and watch them recoil in dystopic horror despite the technological "advances."
Interesting. However, it seems like they were obsessed with us living underwater for some reason.
