The website is their name. Their other post is then a quote from the book they're trying to sell and links to their website which is also their name. It also looks like they have additional accounts as their posts were upvoted several times. If you can check who upvoted them and when those accounts were made, might be able to clean their alts also. --- Edit: If I am mistaken on this, my apologies. It stinks like advertising to me.
