So make meaningful comments in discussions on threads that are meaningful rather than spamming.

Isn't there something on this site in place to keep users from doing this? An algorithm that would slow them down? I know when I'm on and I'm just messing around I can post replies pretty quickly. Voat, 4chan, etc. Would limit me if I was participated in multiple threads.
