Isn't there something on this site in place to keep users from doing this? An algorithm that would slow them down? I know when I'm on and I'm just messing around I can post replies pretty quickly. Voat, 4chan, etc. Would limit me if I was participated in multiple threads.

Is it possible that he has archived content and just wants to get it posted again? Without looking at his post, the titles look like valid post. Perhaps he is just fast with it. I see your point on how many post in that timeframe but still, if it did not violate the rules... for what it's worth, I'd let him be him. Double so if he post more like that dove video.
