That there is a trans-resistor. It went from being a capacitor to identifying as a resistor. It's gay as fuck so you best wire it up to your bench power supply in reverse polarity and send 30V 5A through it.

That's a 50V part. You're going to need at least 14 amps @ 88 volts for this one.

Oh the smell at trade school, when we first made acquaintance with electrolytics and our bench power supplies. Each workspace had low voltage AC and DC sockets built in and it was great fun to "mine" the bench of someone else while he was away, then when he came back surreptitiously turn on the power, which was some distance away for each row of benches.
