Edit: Louis is confused and thinks the ripples are coming from the Power Supply.

They are actually coming from the pre-amp output channel that has the shorted tantalum capacitor.

It's sad about audiophiles that get hoodwinked so badly. I dumped my huge class A audiophile amplifier after I found cheap Japanese class D amplifiers that sound pretty darn good that I could leave on 24/7 because they use so little power.
