29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Sometimes, with all the craziness, I wish that time was now. Nice passage, btw.

I have those thoughts as well.

I've taken a time out from the news for nearly two months. Sometimes it helps to clear our minds of the constant negativity. Good biblical passages help with that too. 🙏

I took 2 years off of the news to find God. Most joyful / peaceful 2 years of my life. Now I'm sucked back into the news and struggling to place it all in God's hands. Seems to be human nature to think that we can actually do anything to change the course of prophecy. The bible spells out what is to come and sure looks like reality is following prophecy to a T.

If He doesn't come soon we're going to have to clean up this mess on our own.

Daniel 7:18

But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

Yes. I agree. We may indeed have to do the work ourselves with God's help.

BTW, I've been upvoting but for some reason my upvoats arent sticking. Is that because my account is new?
