I find it really amazing how people can be so blind to something that is right in front of them. I get it. You hate religion. Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, Mormonism, whatever you want to place a label on. But look around. There is real, pure, concerted evil in this world, which has no other purpose in existence than to destroy everything that is implicitly beautiful, or anything that expresses true love. Once you realize that true evil exists, you realize that the flip side of the coin, pure love/good must also exist. Is that not the very description of God?

Same here, man. I was raised JW, and once I broke free, I swore off anything religion based. I'm just glad Jesus kept after me to wake my dumb ass up.
Evil has always existed, but today it has no constraint and it's running wild. Christianity was it's constraint. Unless America gets right with God, this evil will destroy civilization.
And that is what scares me. Jesus saves kn an individual basis. But man, the thought of God turning his full wrath and anger on the US will be something that the world hasn't seen since the fall of Rome. It would be preferable to be Sodom and Gomorrah in the last days....
