Modern Christianity is the worst, but Christianity has often had this problem.

Culture and race influence each other. But mostly, race is the product of culture which is the product of religion. Culture is the evolutionary environment which shapes the race. You could breed Congolese to behave like Japanese, it would just take a while.

Religion is not really based on language and culture. Religion is based on some scripture which gives guidelines for morals and rituals. These then influence the culture.

Congolese to behave like japanese... Then it's neither congolese nor japanese... It's a fiction

You can only be japanese by your parents, it's not just a matter of "acting", it's not play pretend

I could learn to behave like a perfect congolese, and live in congo, and have the congolese nationality

Does that make me a congolese?

No
