The problem with this video's explanation is his use of the Supremacy clause (A6.2) which states that conflicting laws of state and federal jurisdiction gives federal law authority. ISSUE: Constitution says otherwise specifically with regards to guns. This isn't a Supremacy Claus issue. Not even a little bit. Due to the 10th and the 2nd the federal laws in question here are null and void by merely existing.
