I agree, people need to bring the danger of tomorrow into their current timeframe to wake up. That said, if you're at the place where you see genocide happening you're in a 0.5% group and nobody around you gives a shit enough to wake up to it. My recommendation is to start preparing your ark, because it's going to be technocratic dystopia in no time and you'll need to learn to stay invisible if you're going to avoid the gulags.
