EBT/SNAP/etc needs to be taken back to what it used to provide. No pre-prepared foods, no soda/energy drinks/etc. The only thing you should be able to get on a "assistance program" is the most basic's. Raw food, rice, beans, a small amount of meat, vegies, eggs, dary, flour to make your own bread. Etc. The program should also have a cap on how long you can be on it. If you have committed crimes you should be banned from the programs too.
