Also not enough White people to counter something like this, if say Baltimore City and County wanted to do it at that level.
They will face push back from the beach places like Ocean City, the rest of the Delmarva peninsula, and the few White areas left of the state surrounding Baltimore.
The mountainous small area to the west of the state was mainly White, but is too few in numbers and too often just wants to be left the fuck alone. Its more like WVA out there than the rest of MD.
